Sometimes the simpliest things turn out to be the best. I was working on a couple projects and happened to have a Red Skull from the Cap line and Indy fig Col. Vogel sitting on my desk. It seemed like a no-brainer to put them together. I popped off Vogels head and cut off his hat (I ended up useing his face for a Green Arrow fig). Then I trimmed off the top of the Skulls head, glued the hat and head together and popped it back on Vogels body. I had every intention to paint the suit black or dark green but I held off. I'm glad I left it white as it really sticks out.
