For this custom, I took a G.I. Joe ( can't remember the name), replaced the head and gave it a full acrylic repaint from head to toe. I took some sculpey and made a pair of sunglasses, his leg pads and his belt the says "CAGE". I took a regular pen and wrote Johnny on his chest. Then I covered the figure in a sealant to keep the paint on.
After I did all that, I used the straw technique for the energy blast, which is to melt the straw and twist and turn it. I painted it with white and yellow and we're done!
