I found some Harvey Dent figures in the TRU sale and decided to make the most of a suited figure. I've yet to find a Nemesis figure so sprayed him white and sculpted his mask and the top of his hat then used Darice for the trilby rim. Needle gun is a toothpick added to a modified Madman blaster.
