I found an old Zangief Street Fighter figure at a flea market. I dremeled the mohawk, doy vains and his beard off. The thing like hands were taken from a Spidey 3 Sandman figure. I used Apoxy Sculpt to create the rocky texture. I used Apoxy Sculpt to create the Skrull face features. It took me awhile to get the purple colour of his costume and a couple different brands of airbrush paint I usually don't use. The flames were carved off of a Human Torch figure that may have been from a McDonald's toy (not sure as it was in a mixed bag of toys from Value Village). The base is from a FF Invisible Women figure. My favorite thing about this figure isn't anything I did to it. The black scribble on the one arm is Stan Lee's autograph. Excelsior!
