I've really been trying to make more female customs lately. So many I always found interesting, but female parts are like gold. So hard to get ahold of, and then I have to carefully decide what I want to use it on. Can't just start random stuff like normal. Oy. So, anyway, the decision came in and Mystique won the coin toss. A pretty cool character with some interesting costumes over the years. She joined up with Norman Osborn's Dark X-Men impersonating Jean Grey, but when the team went down she switched to this costume. Was simple enough to paint up, and found that Black Widow's belt fit good for the one in the picture. I'm noticing that black and white is becoming a very common combination among my figures lately. For a guy who hates white I've used it on almost every custom I've made these past few weeks. Need to take a break and find some characters with brighter colors to them.
