I got an old Morbius with a disintegrated face in trade and took the opportunity to fix it up. First I re-sculpted the joints to get more articulation, cut off the head and added a Hobgoblin head with re-sculpted eyes and forehead, added Boromir's hair and painted it up.

Thanks Necro, on the few non-TDK figures I have going right now I am really trying to improve my paint apps, mine are clean and crisp, now I am trying to make them "pop" like yours and Fast Freddie's. I'm pretty excited about the next figure in my Mcdonaldland line, it's crazy, I hope to finish him this week.
