More an accessory than a custom...so I understand if I get disqualified. A simple red dome attached to a modified DC Universe Superman cape and placed onto a black-suited Joker. Inspired by Alan Moore's "Killing Joke", this is the failed comedian who's trying to do right by his pregnant wife by taking a job with the wrong crowd...the rest is history.
