My plan was if I couldn't make one then id probably would of bought one. I used a Buzzing Beetle I opened it up and removed all the electrical parts out including the head and neck. I then shaved off plastic around the neck hole to insert a plastic head dome that came with a Toybiz Space Suit Cable. I used a ROHML Ghost Rider head. I removed the flame and inserted into the dome which fits perfectly inside. I then sculpted the shoulder pads, left arm blaster, and details on the chest. I base coated the entire figure with a satin black. Then I added yellow and red in the entire body. Finished it off with gold and added a black wash to enhance the details.
