I've always liked this character. He's definitely NOT an A-lister, but there was something about his costume that I really liked. I am partial to patriotic/flag characters. His body is made from a Captain Britain figure from the "International Heroes" 3pack, with custom sculpting for his insanely huge collar,belt and gloves. His head is a custom sculpt from Broken Arrow Toys. His shield was taken from a Red Guardian figure from the International Heroes 3 pack, and heavily modded to match his shield from the comics.
