This is an early modification that I if did to my DCSH Batgirl. Like most I didn't like that Batgirl's arms were too short, so I swapped them with DCUC Star Sapphire's biceps and forearms. I modified the Star Sapphire's forearms where I could attach Batgirl's gloves and retail the swivel articulation. Then finally painted the arms gray.

That seems to a common problem with Mattel and female characters they always seem to make the arms too small.
