ubu was made from a riddler upper body with jugernaught head plus a arkham city batman lower body
sculpted forearms and stomache area and full repaint.

againt im starting with the more irrelevant characters but ubu is ra's al ghul's right hand man and is as loyal as a dog
p.s trivia did you know the character ken watanabe played in batman begins (imposter/fake ra's was inface nolans take on ubu)
although personally
I do like the idea of ubu to be a black guy.....and they did have a big black guy playing a league of shadows member in begins
