I wanted to do a few customs leading up to SDCC that I was certain wouldn't be revealed by Mattel for upcoming DCUC releases, so I decided to do the Young All-Stars since they'd be mostly simple and perfect fits for my All-Star Squadron.
Neptune Perkins took the place of Aquaman in the Golden Age after Crisis on Infinite Earths. He was made using a DCUC Samurai body, and a Kamandi head. Nothing difficult except maybe the logo. But it's nice sometimes to go simple to build-up a collection faster.
