Paper-Bag Spider-Man. I never thought I'd make him but I picked up a Reed/Ben 2-pack last month and decided to use the body for something. The feet are from Ibuki from Street Fighter and the head under the bag is Angel from ML series 10, although all you can see are the eyes. The paper bag was actually a pain to make since it needed to be folded properly

I love Amazing Bag-Man! I did one for myself! There was a poll for the upcoming ML back in sdcc 2009 and I voted for Hasbro's Amazing Bag man prototype. Unfortunately it did not win. Your take on the character is excellent! Congratulations!
