Recipe:
~ head is from a ML9 Dr. Strange
~ head band is made from a ML14 Psylocke's belt
~ body is from a Fantastic Four Boxset Mr. Fantastic
~ arms and legs are from an Uncanny X-Men Classics Cyclops with the right leg sculpted
~ boot tassels are made from rubber strips
~ belt is made from a ML8 Ultimate Captain America's belt with the "x" buckle of an Uncanny X-Men Classics Cyclops
~ body strap is made from the pouches of a variety of ML figures
