My first custom figure. In the time honored tradition of the old Universal Monsters ninja turtles line, I have created Donatello as Beetlejuice. I used a classic head dropping turtle as a base, the small scale head made it possible to mold a new head over it and keep it the classic figure ratio. The head, hair, jacket, and shoes are all sculpted. His toes are, of course, poking out of one shoe ( it would seem that is a rule in the realm of the classic figures). The design is that of Beetlejuices first emergence from the grave in the film, minus the "guide" hat that he discards moments into the scene. Let me know what you think. -DG
