Head swap. Painted the suit black, the tie grey and the shirt an off white. Gave his face some more color, so it wasn't so yellowish tan. Simple but fun custom!
much better thats mor elike it nice to see teh rapaint of the harvey dent suit to be black as a pose to everyonbe else including me being lazy and leaving it blue lol
