Mr. Bones Custom Action Figure

Well, orginally I'd used this ML Red Skull head for a Black Mask custom, but since Mattel is making him I suddenly had a skull to use. Always thought Mr. Bones looked cool as a kid (even though he liked to talk in rhyme) probably because Todd McFarlane drew him. He basically looked a lot like Spawn Image existed. Yes, he looks a lot like the Black Terror. A lot of Roy Thomas' Dc characters paid homage to their golden age predecssors. Probably another reason I liked Roy Thomas a lot back then.

Anyway, he's got a ML Face Offs Red Skull head, a Green Steppenwolf body, except I switched out the shoulder balls and gave him one of Obsidian's hands (DCUC Todd Rice). Bones was a heavy smoker so I made him a cigarette from a toothpick. The cape is from Alan Scott. Put them all together and I think he looks just like I remember from the 80's.
