I really dont know what I was thinking or my end goal but I just started grabbing fodder parts and mashing the all together. The end result is a dock worker wolverine.

Chopped of 1/2 of the Ninja head and pasted the cap on. Sculpted some hair on the back.
Darkened up the stubble on his chin.
Added the vest and put on the other set of hands. repainted both.
Repainted the green pants, the colour blue.
