Barricade gets a partner on the beat, Payload! This time he's done up in a SWAT color scheme complete with letter and number decals. Payload has interchangable police-style weapons including a Taser hand, extendable ASP hand, Machine gun hand, and a Riot shield that attaches to either arm. He also has a Barricade-esq alt head and both heads are on ball-joints for better range of motion. He's been painted with Testors Fantasy series Acrylic paints and given shading, highlights, multiple metallic effects and sealed with Krylon Crystal Clear Matte for a protective finish. The capture claw still works and even tho some people hate action-features, this one works great and fits the 'police' theme of the character.
