Meltdown / Boomer (Tabitha Smith) is a mutant super heroine with the ability to generate (and reabsorb) explosive plasma charges as streams of raw energy or in the form of "time bombs." She was a member of the original X-Force and wore this costume later on in the series.
Meltdown was made out of a modified Wasp body with LOTR Eowyn's lower legs. (Thank you to glennwebman69 for the leg swap inspiration!) I sanded, primed, and painted her with acrylic paint. I sculpted her collar, vest details, elbow band hems, arm band armor, zipper, leg band, boot details, and time bomb out of clay. Her elbow pads, knee pads, sunglasses and "X" symbol were pieces of fodder. She was sealed with a matte finish.
