Viking Rider Custom Action Figure

the horse was fairly simple done by cutting and piecing armor from spawn the bloodaxe figure.the rider i started by switching the head using a spawn dark raider with a little bit of drilling and dremel work it fit right into place.i then popped off the antlers and added a pair of horns to the skull.the body straps came from another random mcfarlan figure secured with metal rings in front and back.the belt was lifted from dark ages skull splitter v2.the fur undies were made by cutting,fitting,and gluing craft fur to the base.the legs are from the skull splitter figure.i first had to cut them to size,drill,and dremel holes to receive the pegs on the upper legs then reattached the original knee guards.the forearms are from skull splitter.i cut the forearms from the base figure,then added pegs to attach the new ones without losing articulation.to get the dirty muddy look i thinned down some black paint and washed the figure from head to toe.to finish this custom i cut some black fabric into strips and wrapped around knee and elbow joints to hide them without losing any movement. i then added the crow by drilling two small holes in the shoulder for the pegs to slide into. lastly i added the sword and attached the dagger to the back of the belt and called this one done.this idea has been swimming around in my head for a while now and im glad to finally see it come to life.hope u all enjoy the pics.
