Nice work. I like the pale almost-vampire look and the cold expression. But you need to Dullcote her flesh and hair and leave her uniform shiny for variety. Buy Dullcote from http://www.ebay.com. Wrap her uniform in sarah wrap and lightly spritz her with Dullcote. She'll get more "real".
