Quite simple this one. I used a Captain Marvel ML. Shaved off a lot of his hair and sculpted on a fresh lot. Smoothed out the mask lines on the face and sculpted on his goggles. Then sculpted on the suit parts. I drilled two holes in his back, and attached the wings from a ML wasp. Had to do them quite high so as not to interfere with the articulation. Finished off with the paint, I even painted on his stubble.
