david cain and shrike were comissioned specifically to find teh chosen one/one who is all
eventually david cain went to talia to create perfect dna child
talia said no and she liked david's idea so made in her mind perfect dna child wiht bruce wayne.
david went to lady shiva
they had a child who they named cassandra cain
both damian and cassandra were competing for the title of one who is all
originally bane's title then bruce wayne's
after damian (age9) went to gotham and met his father
bane broke batmans back out of anger (bane loved talia and bruce also stole bane's title of one who is all) then once he healed ra's saw it fair that cassandra shoudl have same opportunities as damian so whilst damian got to know his father , cassandra got to train with "one who is all" (bruce) as batgirl.
