So I had this G.I. Joe Scarlet and thought she looked just like Mary Jane with the 90's style outfit. So first I dremeled off her weapons and such. the I painted her tannish yellow shirt and her blue arms yellow the I painted her tannish yellow glove hands skin color. then I painted her blue paints a brighter blue to make them look more like jeans. Then I painted her boot heel thins brown and I was all done.
