Found an Ice Man at my local comic/action figure shop, Acme Superstore, had 1 already so I decided to try a painting experiment. Painted the figure a dark blue for and icy inner core. Then with a can of white spray paint, held it far away from the figure and got the paint drops. This gave it a frosty outer look and still being able to see into the icy inner core. Also dry brushed a couple of areas. Clear coated and there you go. Comments and suggestions welcomed.
