I've got a lot of requests to make this character in the past, Hypershadic, from the newgrounds animation "Nazo Unleashed" by Chakra-X. The figure is relatively simple, a Supersonic head and hands on a Supershadow body. There is a little sculpt work on the head and shoes, but overall it was pretty simple.

I thought hyper shadic was very light blue. he has a blueish tint in nazo unleashed.
