this is vector a character from the not so good game resident evil operation raccoon city which had some potential anyways vector was trained by request the famous hunk not a lot of backstory on vector but he is my favorite character from the game and of course leon s. kennedy so heres the recipe

the torso is a snake eyes
the vest is random
the legs and gun are also from a snake eyes
upper arms is paris pursuit snake eyes
lower ams are iron man mark IV
