Another addition to my ideal MI:13 team, the custom itself was quite easy, the body is from a DCU Green Lantern and the head is from a ML cyclops.
The visor was cut down and filled in with green stuff.

The based coat was black with the colours built up with drybrushing with additional shading done with inks.
