Here is lara croft in her outfit from the first Tomb raider movie the Triangle of light.Ive been collecting sota tomb raider cradle of life figures and when I moved houses one somehow managed to explode in the moving process and die lol so I pondered as to what I could do with her and this is the end result :D .She was a little tricky to make but im happy with how she came out and she fits in very very well with the others from the sota line :)
now the fun part she is made up of

Head, arms, holster's,pistols, boots, belt buckle - sota's cradle of life lara croft tomb raiding gear

Torso, ammo clips, fringe -Necas tomb raider underworld figure

Bottom torso to top thigh -RE5 sheva alomar

Legs - WWE diva figure

Pony tail- Necas C.VIPER figure

Backpack- playmates lara croft

she is painted using a mixture of tamiya spray's and acrylics and lightly sealed :D

I hope everyone likes and any suggestions, tips would be greatly appreciated

I recently updated the pictures as the old ones were not very clear and I also added a base and made a little triangle of light artifact

I've always wanted to have this figure as seen in the first movie! Would you mind me following your recipe? It's really nice to see this! This gives so much pleasure as an action figure collector wanting to have Lara Croft out of Angelina's face. I only have the cradle of life and the all grey training gear versions. Thanks for making one!
christinacxxx - Tuesday, September 4, 2012
you may use my recipe im so glad you like her .this figure looks great posed along side the robot simon from the old playmates box set .this lara will be on shortly

Wow - this. Is. Freaking. BRILLIANT! Really one of the very, very best Tomb Raider custom action figures I have ever seen! I really like Angelina Jolie's outfit in the first Tomb Raider movie, the all black is a great look and it retains the feel of the outfit from the games. You have done a magnificent job translating it to figure form, and I just wish I had half the amount of skills you do! Super-articulated, great likeness, well-blended parts, super clean paints...holy cow is this good or what?!
christinacxxx - Tuesday, September 4, 2012
I am very very flattered my confidence level is like super saiyin atm hhahah I also love the first movies outfits they retain lara's girly side yet show off her masculine side
JeddTheJedi - Wednesday, September 12, 2012
You've inspired me to do my own Lara custom; I would be honoured if you would take a look and maybe leave a comment! Thank you.
