The Riddler Custom Action Figure

I've never done a Riddler figure, so I thought I may as well make one. I wanted to do something different and incorporate the classic Riddler with the version of him in the :The Batman" animated series, which I thought was a cool design. This is what I came up with, Winter soldier head, X-23 hair, scultped "?", and weapon made from fodder bin parts with blade cut out of craft plastic. I thought it would be cool to invert the classic Riddler color scheme, and make it less silly by going with a single question mark rather then little ones all over.
