I finished up my next character from the Ultraverse Solitaire. Solitaire was kind of like Batman/Punisher/Weapon X mixed together. He was the son of a rich crime boss that fought against everything his father stood for as a masked crime fighter, and he had enhanced abilities from nanites in his body that made him faster, stronger, and much more resilient than the average man.

Solitaire was made from DCUC Black Hand and Legendary Comic Book Heroes Judge Dredd. The main body is the DCUC Black Hand's which worked out great with his two tone costume, I just had to re-sculpt the chest to get rid of the Black Lantern emblem, and I also re-sculpted Black Hand's head. The biceps, elbows, forearms, hands, lower legs, and feet are from Judge Dredd. The hood is a ML Bishop bandana turned backwards with the knot removed, the chest harness came from a ML Ultimate WWII Captain America, the gun holster, and the boot pouches are from a movie Nick Fury. I did take some liberties on the costume a little, but for the better in my opinion. I'm looking forward to picking up some of the ROML wave three figures to add to my 1/12th scale arsenal. When I get some more guns I'll take some more pictures.

Update: Since making this custom Solitaire my painting skill has improved, so I decided to go back and update the paint work on the leather straps.

This is amazing! I must be the only person to consider Solitaire one of my top 5 favorite comic book characters, and this is the perfect figure of him! If for any reason you part with this in the future, I would love to purchase it.

Thank you very much To get the purple just right I ended up custom mixing it. I didn't think it would be hard to find an acrylic non-metallic purple, but I was wrong

Are you working on anymore Ultraverse?

Thank you I'm loving making these. I have three more Ultras on my work bench another Stranger Spectral, Hardcase, and Prime. But I won't stopping there, I plan on making the rest of the Strangers, Night Man, Choice, and Mantra. After the heroes I'll start on some villains like Lord Pumpkin, Boneyard, and some TNTNT members. I may try to make some others Sludge comes to mind, but that would take a lot of sculpting, and I've never tried that before
