Triceratops!
The Blue Ranger has been my favorite. I made this from a series of Power Rangers that I had been working on, hence the legs and hands are a bit different from the rest. I used a head from a jakks Spirit Squad member and the body is Mattel Elite with Marvel legends legs. The weapons were made from scratch and the blade blaster is made of oven bake clay.

Oh yes, I remember watching those episodes and wanting to be just like him. Looking back on some of those episodes today, Billy wasn't saying very much, they just made him sound smart at the time.
