From the original 1987 Street Fighter arcade game comes Sagat. Sagat served as the game's final boss, and was a wee bit different from the incarnation many know him best for today - most noticeably, he doesn't have that gnarly chest scar, as it is given to him by Ryu at the conclusion of the match seen in the game.
First thing I did was shave the scar off. Then, since he's a fair amount paler in SF1 than his later appearances, I repainted him all over, also giving him the gray wraps and purple trunks with white stripe he wears in the sprite.
