I used a Fisto body and legs with a He-Man arms and head, so his right arm has the spring action. I repainted his boots, belt and bracelets black, and his trunks brown. The shoulder pads, chest emblem, boot shields and belt medallion are Apoxie sculpt. The belt came from a wrestling figure. The harness is made from styrene strips. The cape is made from sheet styrene I warped with a heat gun. The bands around his arms and legs are just rubber o-rings I got from the hardware store. Please feel free to ask any questions.
