Welcome to my 26th Avenger...Luke Cage! I have thought of doing him for some time but couldn't find the right figure for what I wanted. When I found this Apollo Creed figure, this was it. I wanted more of a take on his traditional 70's hair, with the modern facial hair & a more flashy costume. I made the outfit out of Pleather again, with thick rubber bands for the Armored boots & belt. The headband is from a candybar wrapper, & the shoulder armor from a Judge Dredd figure. The base figure had only Boxing gloves...so I used a pair of War Machine 6" scale gaunlets. Any thoughts?

Wilt Chamberlain is who you're thinking of. Yeah I was thinking the same myself. Kinda like he belongs in Earth, Wind and Fire. lol. Good job man!

I love the pleather. This guy looks pimp. After seeing this figure, I want to make a 70's style pimp, with bell bottoms, big hat, pimp cane, and some platform shoes with an aquarium as the soles.
