Jorge is the character created by J-Thedemoniclighthog, the figure is mostly a Sonic figure with Wave's legs and necklace, but I also added extra head spines salvaged from other customs (there are NINE spines on his head.) He also wears a little vest made out of a rubber coaster/jar lid remover.
