Let me start by saying this isn't on the " ANTHONYS CUSTOMS LEVEL". also, how much i charged the guy for them i wasn't going to go to far and beyond to break my bank. however i couldnt find a decent base, or a smart hulk for the base. so i used a planet hulk base, sculpted the upper edges of the shirt and sanded them to meet the skin. used a 80's TMNT head from rocksteady, and found some maestro hulk boots sculpted on laces, slapped on some fodder belt and pouches that were a nice camo style and color and he came together. i also have 2 huge guns for him that were from a 12 inch gi-joes. and also made his horns slightly bigger. i really fell in love with this character while painting him, he came out 90% how i wanted him to. i couldnt find any small turtle shells for his belt so i said F-IT.
