Started by trimming the cape, skirt, and boots. Next I took the head off, and I dremel off some of the hair and shoulders, sculpted the stripes above the chest symbol, and added the power ring.
The next step was to make my own mix of paints to create the "zombie like skin", and finally, put the head back on, painted the entire figure (black suit with silver and chrome accents, red briefs, and white/blonde hair.
If I may give you my opinion, I believe she would be a little more evil if you paint her eyes all white, like a zombie...
