I saw this red lantern in one of the new 52 Red Lantern issues. He was only on 1 or 2 pages and as far as I know wasn't given a name, so I came up with my own. I repainted a green lantern Rot Lop Fan movie figure and that was pretty much it for this custom.

Nice! I was never a fan of that GL figure but he looks pretty cool as a Red Lantern.
