Hey So from Justice League International, August General In Iron

I really did not know much about the hansom fella until the NEW 52 Justice League International and I really like him so I made him using a DCUC Jemm (really?! Jemm gets a toy and Vixen doesn't come on)

head - custom made - Aves, greenstuff
body - DCUC Jemm and lots of Aves

and finish off with a mix of GWS paint

Excellent interpretation of a difficult figure. AGIN ("August" here means famous or celebrated) was leader of The Great Ten, China's state-created Justice League first introduced in the weekly "52". I guess his armor was hand-fitted pieces like big lizard scales. The design must be from some ancient Chinese hero. There was a series The Great Ten, so he must have had his own comic.
