Well, we all saw the gimp Robin that Mattel put out in the Young Justice line, and he had a laundry list of stuff that was wrong with him: big head, no neck, huge arms, and so forth. To fix that, I first did some major facial plastic surgery by shaving down the chin and jaw, then set the head a bit higher on the neck; that alone did wonders for his looks.
From there, I replaced the arms with Young Justice Artemis', sculpted some new shoulders, and sculpted the raised elements on the gloves. Definitely a case of a few minor upgrades making for a much better figure.
