Another favorite custom of mine. This Punisher is so good! really nice painting on skull and face. Much better then the original base fig.

Rsk2261, Gee_jays_Customs, Dr Nightmare, deadeyesamurai, Hunter R, THANKEE SAI!
GEEJAY WROTE:
he said at fwoosh that he uses wet on wet, which is when he actually mixes the shades and paints not on a pallete but on the figure when painting it. never tried but sure hell looks great!
-- yup that's about it. I usually apply this on female figs and clean looking characters (Boromir-pre fellowship questt, Aquaman, supergirl, and black widow) , but I wanted to experiment with color combos and see if there's a quicker way to use this oil painting technique.
Thanx again for viewing guys!

I can't speak for Jesse but air-brushing is the best VP. Also using chalk and your girlfriend's make-up kits. If I can do it...you know the saying But if he can do that with a brush, then we're all screwed if he starts making commissions!

I was going for a younger and less wrinkled BRADSTREET PUNISHER, but he ended up looking like Lark's version, in DAREDEVIL by Brubaker and Lark.

Dr Nightmare - Monday, October 8, 2007
Looks a lot like Bradstreet's art, which is interesting since you used a Tom Jane head, all those people complaining Tom doesn't look like Punisher :P Like crimson, I like the "bigger" hair for Movie Punisher, but that slicked hair definitely looks better on your face-sculpt.
VariablePenguin - Monday, October 8, 2007
Wow... that head sculpt is amazing!
Unknown User - Monday, October 8, 2007
I echo that sentiment
Phenomenal work Jesse - sculpt, paint everything is fantastic
Now I'm wanting that one before Rateeg gets his hands on it this time like he got the DD

Wow, that's one of the best customs I've ever seen, just Perfect!
Unknown User - Monday, October 8, 2007
That is just awesome. My only complaint about the movie Punisher was that he didn't have slicked back hair. I mean it's such a small detail, but I felt it would have made him look cooler. I don't know how you did it on this one, but you're artistic skills are amazing. You could work for Toybiz or Hasbro as a sculpter anyday. Haha.
Punstarr - Monday, October 8, 2007
To this day I'm still jealous of Jessecuster's skills. In my eyes, there does not exist a better customizer in the world.
Greg8624 - Monday, October 8, 2007
Its the punisher we've all been waiting for, well I've been waiting for it !
Omg I thought it was the Icon punisher for a second.
jessecuster you did it again !
I am going to put this punisher as my desktop background !
you bring customizing to a new frontier

Tom-Tom - Monday, October 8, 2007
