The Captain is a member of Nextwave, alongside heroes such as Machine Man and Monica 'Photon' Rambeau. Very little is known about him, including his name. Apparently, his demeanour and previous code-name were so offensive that Captain America beat him up and washed out his mouth with soap!
This figure was on my 'to-do' pile for a while. I finally started it with a BAF Nemesis Punisher. The next day, a trip to TRU yielded the new Epic Heroes wave Punisher. I immediately scrapped the first one and started on the new one. The lower legs are a combination of pants from Nick Fury, exposed shins from 'unknown', and shoes from Ann O'Brien. The hands are from a Street Fighter figure. I had to rework the upper right leg after removing the gun holster. I converted the sneakers into 'high-tops' with Mr Sinister's cape straps and white rubber. For the face, I added sideburns, made the widow's peak more pronounced, and made the ears stick out more.

Sadly he is just another in the long string of under used Great Marvel Characters.
I wish Marvel would use the character more.
