A pretty simply custom for this GI Joe/Marvel Legends custom of one of the classic Joes, Rock n Roll. The base is a Hasbro Punisher, hair/beard is Green Stuff, the helmet from Ultimate Capt. America. Painted with Testors and Tamiya, sealed with Dullcote.
