Classic Speedball Custom Action Figure

Custom #:4387
Name:Classic Speedball
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel
Creator:Punstarr
Date Added:October 8, 2007
Base Figure:ML Quicksilver
Height:6.00 inches
This was a fun figure to do, though the painting was a pain in parts. I took a ML Quicksilver, cut off all his hair, sculpted new hair as well as a belt and mask with Apoxie, then hand painted the whole thing. The circles on his costume were done with a Bic Ultra Fine "Mark It" pen. Thanks for looking!

WOW! Your best to date man! Came out clean and smooth. The orange and black paint made the fig. It is quite an impressive work. Cheers!

Wow, thanks Wes! Your customs are award winning, so that means a lot, bro.

Thanks man... I'm proud of him.
That hair... it's like I'm afraid of trying to sculpt hair again because I'm afraid I won't be able to do it like that again. *crosses fingers* I hope I'm wrong. Thanks for the compliments, tp!

Thanks guys!
I'm really proud of Robbie here... every custom I make turns out better than the last it seems. I'm as shocked as you are, Z's Seriously, thanks to everyone. Without this community and the Toy Soup community to share my work with, I doubt this hobby would be a tenth as much fun. You guys all rock. Every one of you.

Man, that is great sculpting on the hair! The paint job on the gloves and boots would have taken ages to get "just right" well done!
