This is probably my favorite story of the New 52 and one of the best Batman stories I've read in awhile. Naturally I needed some members of the Court of Owls for my villains collection. So I took a couple of generic street clothed figures I had lying about (in this case a Fox Mulder and Drusilla figure from Buffy) and sculpted the Owls masks using Sculpy and a toothpick. I used pearl white paint (The Court is rich. I imagine the masks would be ceramic not plastic)for the masks, added some jewelry to the female figure and there we go!
