Rotor is another figure I've been waiting quite a while to reveal to the general public. He started as a Dr. Eggman, I of course sanded away or sculpted over most of the clothing bits and his head, and I made new hands and feet out of super sculpey. The legs were modified extensively, I shortened the thighs and attached the feet at a different angle so he could stand with bent knees and he wears a bandolier made of tape and craft foam.
