I used the Hasbro Punisher and coat of the TB Punisher Movie (by the way, was all burnt out, which was great for the end result). The hair I do not know for sure which figure was, but it was to be a WWE wrestler. The hair braids are Jack Sulley Avatar. A little epoxy in the left eye, forehead and pants (where the gun was). Painting with matte vinylic paints.

That looks really nice. A very cool-looking version of a character that is not as toyetic and many others. Paint on the pants is espeically nice.
