Kevin "Kasper" Cole is a character made to revitalize the Black Panther story arc. Smack in the middle of the narrative comes a complete overhaul of the Wakandan costumed hero. He is in every way as every bit as interesting as the original Black Panther. Needless to say, his imposing appearance and urban appeal makes for a great custom figure. So here he goes...enjoy folks!
